Banoffee Cake

Please note: This item is made to order and needs to be placed by 7pm on Monday night for Thursday distribution. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following week. (Treat boxes can to be ordered up until 5pm Wednesday night unless sold out prior).

A cacao date base, smothered in a banana filling with a thick layer of vegan caramel. Finished with a vanilla bean filling, raw chocolate drizzle and dried banana pieces.

Gluten free. Dairy free. Refined sugar free. Vegan.

Three sizes available,

15cm: 8-12 servings

20cm: 12-14 servings

23cm: 14-18 servings 

These cakes will last for three days in the fridge or up to two months in the freezer.

Ingredients: *Roasted cashew nuts, coconut oil, pure maple syrup, *dried coconut, almonds, cashew nuts, *cacao powder, *sea salt, dates, *cacao butter, fresh banana, *dehydrated banana, *coconut cream, cacao nibs.
