Mixed Berry Cake

Please note: This item is made to order and needs to be placed by 7pm on Monday night for Thursday distribution. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following week. (Treat boxes can to be ordered up until 5pm Wednesday night unless sold out prior).

A coconut and almond base topped with vanilla bean filling spiked with whole raspberries. Followed by a raspberry filling, berry chia jam and a smooth strawberry filling. Finished with coconut cream and freeze-dried berries.

Three sizes available,

15cm: 8-12 servings

20cm: 12-14 servings

23cm: 14-18 servings 

These cakes will last for three days in the fridge or up to two months in the freezer. 

Ingredients: almonds, dates, *dried coconut, vanilla bean, cashew nuts, coconut oil, *sea salt, pure maple syrup, *coconut cream, *cacao butter, raspberries, fresh lemon, freeze dried raspberries, strawberries, chia seeds, freeze dried strawberries, freeze dried blackberries, coconut cream (coconut extract, guar gum), freeze dried lemon.
